1. Preheat the over to 350°F.
2. Steam the broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
3. Combine the egg, coconut cream, nutmeg, and salt, mix well.
4. Place the crust on a sheet tray in case it overflows during baking.
5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese along the bottom of the crust, then add the broccoli.
6. Pour egg mixture over the top, and bake at 350°F. for 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
