Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 425F. Cut deep slits in crisscross pattern in flat side of potatoes (do not cut skins). Brush with margarine. Place potatoes, cut side up, in ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, cook Broccoli according to package directions. Set aside; keep warm. In same saucepan, combine water and souce mix; blend well. Bring to a bail over medium heat, stirring frequently. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add hotdogs and cheese; stir until hot dogs are thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. To serve, arrange brocoli on top of potatoes. Top with hot dog and cheeese mixture. MICROWAVE DIR; Pierce whole potatoes with a fork. Place on Microwave- safe roasting rack. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes; turn potatoes. Continue to microwave on HIGH for an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Set aside. Microwave broccoli according to package directions. In 2 cup microwave-safe bowl, combine water and sauce mix; blend well. Microwave on HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring once halfway through cooking. Stir in hot dogs. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in cheese until melted. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; mash slightly with fork. Serve as directed.
