An old recipe for this soup.
Saute onion and oil together. Add water and chicken bouillon. Bring to a boil and dissolve cubes. Add broccoli and cook until tender. Reduce heat. Add milk. Thicken milk mixture by adding 3 tablespoons of flour to a small amount of milk. Stir mixture into soup. Allow soup to thicken on medium heat. Add cheese. Serve when melted.
