Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter in saucepan. Saute onion for about five minutes. Add flour; stir until smooth. Add milk and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Stir constantly. As mixture thickens add chives, parsley, salt, broccoli and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Can put this in the crock-pot on medium to simmer.
