Cook broccoli per instructions on bag
Place butter pats on bottom of 9x13 pan
Put broccoli in pan and mix in cheeses & more pats of butter
Place crumbled crackers on top along with more pats of butter
Bake @ 350 approx 40 mins until cheese is bubbly and crackers are browned
