In mixing bowl, combine corn, broccoli, egg, crumbs from 12 crackers, onion, 2 Tbsp butter, salt and pepper. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish.
Combine crumbs from the other 6 crackers, and 1 Tbsp butter, and sprinkle in ring on top.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
