Suggest a better descriptionCook fettuccine. Heat broccoli in a small amount of water until crisp and tender, about 5 minutes. Drain. Melt butter. Stir in flour, whisk in milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese and broccoli. Drain fettuccine. Top with broccoli mixture.
