Caulifclower of Broccoli or both with red kidney beans in a vinagrette
Gently cook florets unil just soft - use salt at this stage if liked. Drain well but keep warm, add small can of drained kidney beans - no need to heat. Mix vinegrette ingredients and pour over. Mix well whilst still warm. Serves two on diet as main meal or side dish otherwise.
