Combine pasta, broccoli, bacon, onion and 1/2 of the cheese into a large bowl.
Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar in another bowl.
Pour dressing over vegetable mixture.
Top with remaining cheese.
It's ok to let it sit overnight in the frig to let the flavors marry.
