Great and healthier form of mashed potatoes.
In a large saucepan or stockpot, bring the potatoes and about 2 quarts water to boil over medium-high.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 30 minutes. (Or you can steam the potatoes)
Cook broccoli until soft, 10 minutes, and process until finely chopped.
Combine teh potatoes with the broccoli in a large bowl.
Add the garlic, oregano, and buttermilk and mash.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
