Suggest a better description1. In large pot of boiling salted water, cook broccoli until slightly tender, 1 - 2 minutes. Place carrots in colander; drain broccoli over carrots in colander. Rinse with cold water; drain well.
2. Transfer broccoli mixture to large bowl; add raisins and onion. In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, parsley, 1 tablespoon water, and salt until smooth. Drizzle over broccoli mixture; sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Toss well.
