Cook rice and set aside. Cook broccoli and drain. In large skillet melt butter and saute onion. Add soup, cheese and milk. Simmer on low stirring as needed until cheese has melted. Add broccoli and rice. Mix thoroughly. Can be made the night before - just reheat in crockpot on low setting stirring occassionally.
