Suggest a better descriptionMix the broccoli and eggs. Soften the gelatin in cold water and add heated consomm?. Stir until the consomm? dissolves the gelatin; then add the rest of the ingredients and pour over the broccoli and eggs. Mix well. Pour into a ring mold or 12 individual molds. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with fresh garden lettuce and homemade mayonnaise.
