Lighter Broccoli Salad - broccoli salad recipe made healthy with greek yogurt and no refined sugar.
1. Whisk together the greek yogurt, mayo, honey and vinegar.
2. Steam broccoli for a couple of minutes and let cool.
3. In a large bowl combine the broccoli, bacon, onion, cranberries and almonds. Add the dressing and toss to coat.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
Pumpkin seeds can be swapped for slivered almonds or really any other crunchy seed or nut.
