Wash and cut broccoli into bite sized pieces. Fry and crumble bacon. Toss broccoli, bacon, raisins and pomegranate seeds in a large bowl.
Combine Miracle Whip, vinegar and sugar. Pour over vegetables and toss. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
Yields 6 servings.
We change the ingredients per the season. We use pomegranates seeds in the winter, pine nuts in the autumn and craisins in the summer.
You can also change the taste slightly by using different vinegars.
