Place bacon in large keep skillet. Cook, over medium heat until evenly brown, Crumble and set aside.
In salad bowl; toss together broccoli, raisins and red onion. In a seperate bowl whisk together sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coeat. Refridgerate for at least 2 hour before serving.
Before serving sprinkle sunflower seeds and crumbled bacon, toss and serve
