Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and celery and let stand while you are adding the broken up noodles and seasoning to the slaw, seasoning from the Roman noodle 2 pkgs. Pour dressing over slaw and mix thoroughly. Let stand a couple of hours in refrig or best over night. When serving put sunflower seeds on top.
