Suggest a better descriptionSaute celery and onion in butter until wilted, add broccoli, broth, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and cook over med. heat until broccoli is tender, abt. 20 min. Puree ingredients in blender, food mill or mixer. Stir in milk and reheat. Makes abt. one quart. If too thick, add broth or milk and correct the seasoning.
