Portabella mushrooms stuffed with veggies and wild rice
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Heat olive oil in pan.
Cook wild rice according to package directions.
Cook onion, peppers, garlic, and broccoli 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool slightly.
Spoon vegetable mixture into mushroom caps.
Place on ungreased baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
