Suggest a better descriptionCut tops off tomatoes and scoop out pulp being careful not to pierce skin. Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain. Combine broccoli, cheese, salt and pepper in food processor and process to a smooth, not runny, consistency. Stuff tomatoes with broccoli mixture. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
