Tasty tasty tasty and incredibly easy to make soup!
Put the ham stock cube into 450ml (3/4 pints) of boiled water,
stir slowly until its dissolved.
Pour it into a pot on a med-high heat, and add the broccoli.
Let the broccoli soften a bit then add the tin of beans.
Bring it to the boil, then cover and turn it down and let it simmer for about fifteen minutes.
Have a check on it and if its smooshy (that's the technical term) then chuck it in a blender and whizz it up. Or, like I did, put it in a plastic bowl, and use a hand blender on it.
Pour back into the pot, stir slowly and add salt and pepper to taste.
I needed a dash of salt and a LOT of pepper. Then again I like pepper.
