Can use frozen pie.
Preheat oven to 375.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and basil. Break in butter with fingers until crumbly. Add sour cream, mix until dough is moist enough to hold together. Pat dough into 9" pie plate to form crust.
Put broccoli in bottom of pie shell, top with sliced tomatoes and topping.
Topping:
Mix together last 3 ingredients.
Bake 25-35 minutes.
Can use frozen pie crust.
