1. Bring large pot of water to a boil, add salt to taste.
2. Cook broccoli for 2 minutes.
3. Drain and rince to cool, set aside.
4. In frying pan over medium heat warm olive oil.
5. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté 2 minutes.
6. Add anchovies and capers, sauté 1-2 minutes.
7. Add broccoli, cook until tender, 5-10 minutes.
Can replace broccoli with 2 bunches broccolini.
