Preheat oven to 400.
1. Combine broccoli, onions and garlic with a little EVOO and salt and pepper. Lay it on sheet pan.
2. Drop little balls of sausage on top of broccoli mixture then roast for 20 min. Turn and mix once.
3. Cook pasta according to directions but reserve a cup of liquid for sauce. When veggies are done and pasta cooked through, mix all with cheese, a little butter and as much cooking liquid as you want to make a sauce.
4. Add salt and pepper as needed.
