Suggest a better descriptionSeeing I havent posted in quite a while, I thought that I would post lowfat from the Taste of Home Lowfat Country Cooking. Out of 455 recipes I only have 44 formatted. Plan on formatting the rest this week. Hope you all enjoy these. Cut membrane out of the center of each grapefruit half. Cut around each section so it will be easy to spoon out when eating. Place 1 teaspoons margarine in the center of each half. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over each half. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over each. Broil until butter is melted and sugar is bubbly. Serve immediately. Serving Size: 1/2 grapefruit Calories: 141, Total Fat: 4gm, Calories from Fat: 26%, Saturated Fat: 1gm, Cholesterol: 0, Sodium: 44mg, Carbohydreate: 27gm, Protein: 1gm NOTES : I was never a fan of grapefruit until I had it broiled at a restaurant - it was so tangy and delicious!
