Broiled Salmon with Creamy Lemon Sauce (South Beach Diet)
1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat to love. Stir in ht lemon juice, capers, and lemon-pepper seasoning and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add the sour cream and cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
4. Meanwhile, place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is just opaque.
5. Serve with the sauce.
