Prepare raspberry, orange and lime jello separately, using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each flavor. Pour each flavor into a separate 8x8 pan. Chill overnight. Cut into 1/2" squares with paring knife dipped in hot water. Set aside a few cubes of each color for garnish.
Dissolve lemon jello and sugar in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in pineapple juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend whipped topping into slightly thickened lemon jello. Fold in gelatin cubes. Spoon into 9" springform pan or spray coated mold. Chill overnight.
Remove from mold by wrapping in hot, wet towel, or loosen springform pan. Garnish with reserved gelatin cubes.
