Suggest a better descriptionTo make the topping, stir together the brown sugar and wheat germ and set aside. Combine the flour, brown sugar and baking powder and stir to mix well. Add the banana, skim milk, vanilla extract and egg whites and stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full and sprinkle over topping. Bake at 350 for 14 to 16 min.
