Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and the brown sugar. Whisk until combined. Set aside.
Place the fillets skin side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the butter mixture over the fillets and pour the remaining glaze over them. Bake 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
