This meatloaf when turned out with its sauce is something special - its delicious both hot and cold.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and prepare a 13 x 20cm loaf tin.
Press the brown sugar into the bottom of the loaf pan and gently spread the tomato sauce over the sugar.
In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients until well combined. Shape the mixture and carefully place in the loaf tin on top of the sauce.
Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour or until juices are clear. Carefully turn the meatloaf out onto a serving plate and slice to serve.
Nice served with mashed potato and steamed vegetables.
