Heat a skillet or griddle. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. In a bowl, whisk milk and eggs. Whisk in vanilla and butter. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, whisking until smooth. Stir in 2 tbs brown sugar. Melt some butter in skillet, pour some batter into skillet, forming circles. Cook until surface bubbles and edges are browned. Flip pancakes, cook until browned on bottom. Sprinkle with some of the remaining brown sugar.
