Suggest a better descriptionI love the idea of the Shabbat menu so here is mine this week. I have 18 people Fri night and 6 for lunch so I will have enough left overs. Source: California cooks Kosher. Womens League Adat Ari El synagoge for this amount of people I use 2 side of fresh Salmon Place fillets in lg baking dish and marinade a few hours . Bake 15 to 25 mins at 180C,basting a few times. bake skin side down and dont turn fish. Holds well on hot tray. Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest by Joan Struck
