In a saucepan, bring 4 tablespoons of cocoa, 2 sticks of butter and water to a boil.
Then add in flour, soda, sugar and cinnamon.
Add buttermilk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and eggs into the mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
Melt 1/2 stick butter, 1 tablespoon cocoa and milk in a saucepan. Add powdered sugar and 1/ 2 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour over cake while still hot.
