Very easy and a great make ahead. Simply delicious!
Note, this recipe is my adaptation of many recipes.
1- Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
2- Combine dry brownie mix, oats, eggs, water and oil. Add the optional ingredients, if desired.
3- Make heaping tablespoonfuls on a plate & place in the freezer. Chill for 30 minutes.
4- During this time place your cookie sheets in the refrigerator so the pans and dough will keep your cookies plump!
5- After your dough is chilled, place the cookie dough balls on your chilled pans, lined with parchment paper or non-stick foil.
6- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
7- Cool completely and enjoy!!!!
If not all the cookies will fit in the oven, keep the dough chilling until you're ready for the next batch.
