Melt butter
Add cocoa
Add vanilla
In a second bowl:
Beat eggs
In a large bowl:
Mix all dry ingredients until combined
Add eggs and butter combination to dry ingredients
Mix well
Drop by large spoonfuls onto hot greased waffle iron
Cook for estimated 3 minutes or until waffle iron stops steaming
Lift from waffle iron with fork
Cool on cooling rack and serve with ice cream or powdered sugar
