Smokey, spicy and most of all delicious hotdogs
1. Pre heat your grill for the buns (mine takes ages to warm up)
2. Put pot with frankfurt's and water on to boil
3. Cook frankfurt's for about 8min in total
4. While the franks are cooking heat oil in a frypan on high heat
5. Add onion, bacon, cajun seasoning & chilli to the frypan, cook till the franks are ready, should be crispy by then
6. Toast the outsides of the bun lightly
7. Cut the buns in half, spread on the mustard, then the sauce, then the dog, then the bacon mix, then the cheese
Add chili beans to cowboy it up a bit more
