Thick chocolate frosting

Preheat oven to 350.
Cream together the 1 and 1/2 sticks of butter with the 1 cup of sugar and teaspoon of vanilla. Add the eggs and the hershey syrup. Mix Flour, baking powder and salt in separate bowl. Add to wet ingredients. Mix and pour into prepared pan.
Bake in a greased 11X15 pan for 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
For Frosting. In a saucepan on a stove melt the 6 tablespoons of butter, add milk and the one and half cups of sugar. Bring to boil and boil for 30 seconds. Remove from stove and stir in Chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate is melted and add vanilla. Beat until spreadable and spread on brownies.
