Preheat oven to 325. Line 8" pan with foil, butter well. In Food processor, blend all ingredients except egg whites.
Fold in beaten egg whites carefully. Pour I/2 of batter in pan, sprinkle with chcoclate chips and nuts of choice, I used chopped walnuts. carefully cover first layer with remaining batter and again sprinkle with more chocolate chips and more chopped nuts.
Bake about 15-20min or until done. Will cook faster than normal brownies. cool on wire rack. Chill before cutting to get cleaner cuts.
