Basic beef and tomato base meatballs
Sauce
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
2. Add all ingredients into a large pot and simmer for 20 min (until reduce by half
Meatballs
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
2. Roll into balls, about eyeball size
3. Brown your balls in a skillet
4. Once browned, poor sauce into skillet over the meatballs
5. Place in oven for 30 min
Pasta - Cook as per pack instructions
Serve with Parmesan cheese, best mixed in 5 min before removing from oven
Add some fresh basil before serving
