Suggest a better description1 Melt the chocolate in a bain marie, add the butter, whip for two minutes and cool. Separate the whites and yolks. 2 Beat the yolks and sugar together and add the chocolate mixture. In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into the chocolate and egg mix. Sprinkle the sifted flour and cocoa powder on top and mix in gently. Add the nuts and pour into a greased tin about 12x8" or an 8" round tin. 3 Bake for 20 minutes at 180c. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and icing sugar and serve with whipped cream, ice cream or even yoghurt. Recipe by: Food & Drink
