Brownies with chocolate frosting.
For the brownies:
Combine 2 cups sugar, flour, eggs, 1 cup butter, cocoa, and 1 teaspoon vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Beat two minutes at medium speed. Stir in nuts. Pour into well greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is firm. Allow to cool. Frost with chocolate frosting.
For the frosting:
Combine 1/2 cup butter, milk, and 2 cups sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook three minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Stir in chocolate morsels and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat with spoon until spreading consistency.
