Delicious bolognese that reheats well the next day
1. Brown mince in frypan over medium heat
2. Add other ingredients except fresh basil, parmesan & pasta
3. Simmer for approximately 25min stirring regularly until sauce reduced by about half
4. While sauce is simmering,cook pasta as per instructions on pack
5. Once ready, mix the pasta, sauce & parmesan together
6. Top with fresh basil and serve
Great with some Browns crusty garlic bread
