An easily prepared fresh tasting dish
1. Prepare salsa ingredients and mix in a bowl, set aside
2. Heat fry pan to high heat
3. Cook salmon for 2-3 min per side then set aside
4. Throw salsa in pan and fry for 3-4min until soft
5. Serve salmon with salsa over the top
Goes well with Browns Pea and Prosciutto Salad
