Quick bread using breadmaker
Put ingredients into bread maker. Run on 'Pizza' setting- takes 45 minutues. (This is equivalent to kneeding for 10 min and rising 15min x 2 times over if not using Breadmaker). Knock out air, divide and cook 230deg for 10 min (or 180deg on fan bake).
