Simple healthy
Fresh vegitables make this so much better than using frozen .ihave the meat dept cut up a nice little chuck roast. The green beans I guessed 2 cups I bought one package of washed green beans with the ends cut off..The meat I browned in tha cast iron skillet. Seasoned with lawry's seasond salt, seasond pepper, garlilic salt.
You can either put it all in a crock pot to cook all day or bring it to a boil and let it simmer at least 30 min.
