This is a very simple meal that is heavy but very tasty if you are willing to experiment in strong flavours
cut potatoes into slices and fry in non stick pan with olive oil until golden brown
reduce heat and add cut and sliced garlic and sliced onion and whole green chilli.
cook until garlic and onions are crispy
reduce heat and add raclette cheese cook until melted
remove all from frying pan and place in plate
use clean pan and fry egg in butter
once egg is ready pour melted butter on to egg yolk
place egg on top of plate with potatoes etc.
serve and eat
