Cut up onion and Canadian bacon. Place in side of bowl.
Crack all 12 eggs in other side of bowl.
Scramble eggs, then mix with onion and bacon.
Add cheeses to mixture and salt and pepper.
Pour over biscuits and cook at 350 for 30 - min
