Put bread on bottom on 13 x 9 inch pan. fry sausage; drain and spread ovce rbread. Spread on cheese. Beat eggs, half & half milk, salt (to taste) and mustard; pour on top. Refrigerate overnight Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
