Suggest a better descriptionOpen a package of crescent and get a muffin tin. (Make mini or regular muffins). Brown the sausage.
Tear up a piece of the crescent and place in the bottom of each tin. Let the croissant cover the edges somewhat. Beat the eggs and add the parsley to the eggs. Pour the egg mixture into each tin, and don't worry if it spills over. Add a piece or two of sausage to each tin, then top with all the shredded cheese.
Bake at 350?F for 30min until golden brown.
