Suggest a better descriptionCombine croutons and cheese in greased baking dish. Beat eggs, add milk and seasoning. Pour over crouton mixture- add meat of your choice. Put extra cheese on top. I double the recipie for a large pan for company @ the lake.
Bake @ 325 for 1 hour or until eggs are set.
Other additions which are good: sliced black olives, onions, cooked broccoli.
